Conference Venue

The event will take place at the La Serena Club Resort Events Center, located in the heart of La Serena, Chile. This extensive green space offers recreational, sports and cultural areas for the enjoyment of the community. Its privileged location is surrounded by restaurants, beaches, cultural places and parks.

Ground Transportation

Transfers are not included in conference registration or room reservation, and must be booked and paid for independently. You can book airport - hotel - airport transfers directly with one of the transport companies located at the airport. It is recommended to book the transfer in advance (3 days before arrival) and reconfirm the reservation on the day of arrival.

To organize your flights, you should consider Santiago de Chile's Arturo Merino Benitez Airport as your destination, which has two terminals: the National Terminal and the International Terminal. The National Terminal is located on the west side of the international airport and handles all domestic flights.

From here, you can connect to La Serena – La Florida Airport, located 476 kilometers to the north of the country, with more than 3 daily flights to this city operated by the airlines: Latam, Sky, and Jetsmart.

It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before national flights. The airport offers free internet access.
